Senior Accountant


Large,profitable and stable real estate company seeks person to oversee and manage all accounting functions for large portfolio of commercial properties:

• Manage consolidated cash forecasting and reporting
• Manage all financial reporting and analysis 
• Oversee accounting, policies, procedures and internal controls
• Manage month-end accounting and closing for multiple properties and investments
• Analyze budgets and CAM reconciliations as well as other related items
• Prepare and process timely and accurate financial statements
• Interact with property accountants and property managers
• Manage construction in progress and tenant improvements for various properties
• Monthly bank reconciliations and other reconciliations for a variety of income statements and balance sheets
• Perform variance analysis when comparing actual to budget results
